Information used by the shop

We use your cart selections, email, name, delivery address, order details and payment status to process purchases, deliver prints, provide support and maintain transaction records. If you sign in, we also process the information needed to authenticate and maintain your account.

Stripe collects payment details on its hosted checkout. We receive payment references and status, not your full card number. Your browser stores a cart identifier, favourites and display preferences. These keep your cart and settings available between visits.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments and invoices, Convex stores shop and account data, Cloudflare serves the site and images, and Resend delivers transactional email. Delivery providers receive the details needed to ship your order. These services may process information outside your country. Their own privacy notices describe their processing and safeguards.

Purpose and retention

We process information to perform your order, meet record-keeping obligations, prevent fraud and operate the shop. We retain order records for the period required by applicable accounting and tax rules, and other data only as needed for its purpose. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and required record retention. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, receive a portable copy or complain to your data protection authority. Clearing browser storage removes this device’s local cart identifier and preferences, but does not delete completed order records.
