Shipping and returns

Where prints come from

All works are printed in Japan on Fuji paper and shipped from Japan. Available delivery countries are shown at checkout. We cannot accept an address outside those destinations.

Shipping charges

Shipping is included in the displayed print price. We do not add a separate shipping charge at checkout. Import taxes, customs duties and destination-country clearance charges are not included.

Delivery timing

Our usual delivery estimate is 5–7 business days after successful payment. International delivery and customs can take longer. If we cannot meet the estimate, we will contact you with an updated date and the option to cancel before dispatch.

Change-of-mind returns

Contact order@tau99.com within 14 days of receiving your print to request a return. Return it within 14 days of notifying us, using protective packaging. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. We will provide the return address; please do not send a print without contacting us first.

We refund the price paid to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned print or evidence that it has been sent back. You may inspect the print as you would in a shop; we may deduct a reasonable amount for damage caused by handling beyond that inspection. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Damaged, defective or incorrect prints

Contact us with your order reference and, where possible, photographs of the print and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover necessary return postage. A limited edition replacement depends on availability. This does not restrict your statutory rights.
